Kaufman's Home Maintenance

Kaufman's Home Maintenance is contracted to do my quarterly maintenance at two homes. Our maintenance person is Duane, who is wonderful. He is on time, knows how to do or fix anything, always has on hand, or orders, the right stuff, and is very pleasant to work with. I would recommend Kaufman's quarterly maintenance program to everyone.

The screws holding up the wire clothes rack in my closet, came out of the plaster wall. They were not anchored into the wall studs. I had several other home maintenance issues needing attention. I contacted Kaufman’s and they immediately set up an appointment. The nicest young man fixed my closet, garbage disposal, and light fixtures. I highly recommend Kaufman’s Home Maintenance.

Kaufman Home Maintenance always does a wonderful job. I have used them many times for lots of different projects and I totally trust them. They are expensive charging a large fee just to drive over to the house before beginning any work.

We have used Kaufman's Home Maintenance since it was originally established, and consistently wonder how we would get through projects without their help. Employees go out of their way to be respectful, skilled, and get the job done. They have solutions that work so well, and have responded to emergency situations that we were unable to solve on our own. Thank you for all that you have done to help us over the years.

On a five-star review rating, I would like to give Kaufman's ten stars! I first spoke to Jens to understand the year-long preventative maintenance program -- impressive chat. Then Jordan came out to do a complimentary walk through of my house and further explained the preventative maintenance program to me. I was sold. Then .... the real magic happened. James arrived for my first quarter preventative maintenance session and BLEW ME AWAY. James was knowledgeable, thorough, so very kind, and I could tell he "had my back" as an older solo female home owner. To the Admin Team of Kaufman's .... please do whatever it takes to keep James on your team servicing Sisters. He is a major asset to your company.
