Orlando and Freddy are an incredible team! Over the past year and a half, I’ve been in and out of Kavana and every tile store around 33304 — but I always end up back at Kavana. Their materials are top-notch, and their customer service is unmatched. Orlando and Freddy have patiently answered my endless questions, even before I ever made a purchase. When I finally placed an order for one bathroom, they were so helpful that I decided to do three more bathrooms and the flooring with them! They truly go above and beyond — they even called to make sure I was using the right thinset for a specialty item (which my installer didn’t even know!). Great Showroom, beautiful materials for interior design and renovations; residential and commercial. Big selection of porcelain tile, porcelain slabs, accents mosaics and tiles. I love the laid out and the organization of this place. They also have a good selection of kitchen and bathroom cabinets. They have also exterior and cut doors materials as well. Very well done showroom. Great customer service and knowledgeable people.

We ordered our bathroom countertop from Orlando at Kavana. His professionalism was superb. He was not only attentive and responsive, but also corrected a minor issue without any hesitation. And the quality of the craftsmanship and installation was outstanding. I highly recommend Kavana.
