Excellent experience with kay construction.They have a great system and the process was extremely smooth. The entire staff was knowledgeable,punctual, enthusiastic, clean, safe, friendly, helpful, respectful and welcomed all questions of concerns that I had. Other than having to use our guest bathroom, there was little to no disruption in our daily routine. Renovation was complete ahead of schedule, even with some minor changes mid-stride. After the work is finished, we did a final walkthrough and make sure everything is correct and done to my satisfaction. Most importantly they clean up after themselves and leave all areas clean and in order. We experienced NONE of the typical contractor headaches that often occur when you hire someone to work on your home. Highly recommend Kay Constructi

Mike is great to work with, he listens and tries to meet all requests but professional enough to point out other options. As a 40 year home owner, I have never seen a team work harder to meet expectations and timetables. Mike gutted and remodeled two bathrooms in our home from the floor up. It included tearing out old tile and fixing a shower pan leak in one bathroom. He replaced vanities, faucets, toilets bathtub(in other bathroom), added drywall and lighting in addition to laying new tile. He even resized and installed a new bathroom door.

Mike remodeled a bathroom fit me, it was so hideous I did not take before pictures and I seriously regret it. My house was built in 1920 and was in need of a lot of work. Mike completely demolished my bathroom and brought in a tile guy and dry wall guy to replace the beige linoleum that hid the lime green beneath that. He moved my tub toilet and vanity to give me a functional and gorgeous bathroom. The bathroom is my new favorite room with the heated floors, smart toilet, heated towel rack, free standing tub and great lighting! Looking forward to working together on another project!

Very professional and great work!!! I gave them a design I pictured and drew for a pool deck that I wanted. Not only did he follow my desires but talked me through what I could and could not do! The deck is everything that I ever wanted!!
