FOR FUTURE INSURANCE LIABILITY PURPOSES I am writing to formally document a serious safety concern involving one of your company vehicles observed this morning at approximately 7:35 a.m. while traveling on Stratford Avenue, after turning from Surf Avenue. The vehicle was later observed entering your facility on Bruce Avenue at approximately 7:38 a.m. The driver engaged in aggressive and reckless behavior, including racing another vehicle, impeding traffic, and executing a dangerous maneuver when another car attempted to pass. This action nearly resulted in a collision involving two pedestrians and multiple vehicles.
