We had a great experience with Kay's company. Luis and his team were on time, professional, and always cleaned up well after themselves before leaving. Luis is a great foreman, personable, and always asking questions when needed to make sure the work is performed how the homeowner expects (e.g. orientation of units, placement of thermostats, where to route pipes, etc.) They also left our house much cleaner than other contractors we've had. We had a fairly big job: two new HVAC units (basement and attic), two new condensers, demo/removal of old basement unit and all duct work, all new duct work. We have an infant and Luis and his crew did overtime to make sure we had heat before we brought the baby back to the house. They also hung the attic unit to minimize noise and hung the flexible duc

Daniel, the HVAC technician, was fantastic! He arrived right on time and was both professional and courteous throughout the entire visit. He took the time to explain each step he was taking to get my heating unit back up and running, which I really appreciated. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and values great customer service. 5-star service at its best — highly recommend!

Kay’s Affordable HVAC&R was excellent from start to finish. We had them install a 2 zone mini split system for our 2nd floor bedrooms, and the difference is night and day. Luis did a fantastic job. He was professional, punctual, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He walked us through the plan, kept everything clean and organized during the install, and made sure the system was running perfectly before he left. The install looks clean, the bedrooms are finally comfortable, and everything works exactly as promised. Fair pricing, great communication, and top quality work. Highly recommend, especially if you can get Luis on your job.
