K&B Cabinets Wholesale Center

I’m very disappointed with the service and quality of the cabinets. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. I ordered Tircorn Black cabinets and they scratch easily. When I asked for a complimentary touch up kit, they charged me for it. Very poor customer service and no accountability. They are friendly before you purchase, but afterwards they aren’t very helpful or friendly when it comes to customer service.

Upon entering the store, we were warmly greeted by a young woman at the entrance. However, after that initial welcome, no one else acknowledged us or showed any interest in assisting. What was especially odd was that employees were stationed at desks throughout the showroom near the cabinets, yet none of them looked up or asked if we needed help. Needless to say we left immediately and bought cabinets at another business near this one.

Five stars simply aren't enough; if I could give 5 zillion stars I would. Beth is such a great designer. Her kitchens and bathrooms sell houses. Love the selection and the service. Have worked now with shaker and Euro cabinets and they look AMAZING. 10/10 Would highly recommend.

I had a great experience at this cabinet store. The showroom was very clean, well-organized, and had a wide variety of styles and color options to choose from. The staff was knowledgeable and guided me through the selection process without any pressure. I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend this place.

Emily and everyone at K&B are wonderful to work with. They go above and beyond to make it right with their clients. Anytime i have ran into any minor issues Emily is quick to get them resolved.
