Our AC unit stopped working on a hot Sunday afternoon. Called K&B Heating and Cooling company immediately, and a tech was sent to our place the same day since it was an emergency.Dan was here 30 minutes later. He is an experienced technician with excellent personality. He explained in detail all my AC issues with, and had all the necessary parts with him.The job was completed in less than an hour.Very reasonable service. Highly recommend their service.

My heater went out right in the middle of winter. K&B Heating and Cooling was referred to me by a coworker. I called and had an appointment set up the next morning. The technician, Michael, came as promised and I also had received email and phone notifications when the tech was on his way and when he arrived. The overall experience was very nice. Michael was friendly and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. I would recommend.

He thoroughly explained everything he did at the end of the service and the price was right. Jack at K&B Heating and Cooling came to do our heating service today and I was greatly impressed. I was not sure about the current condition of the units since they were serviced last about a year ago.Jack did the inspection and did through cleaning.
