I had a great experience working with Patti Palshan at the office who was very helpful, customer friendly, and extremely knowledgeable in regards to the products we were ordering. She took down what we needed, and ordered the product from the manufacturer. When the products arrived she inspected the items thoroughly before scheduling an installation. I couldn't ask for a better service. She scheduled accordingly for a technician to install the products. The technician whose name was Ted was amazing. He knew his craft inside out and explained to us in detail what we needed to know. All in all Patti and Ted are the best!!! Thanks to them we know who to contact in the future when we need other cabinets, counter tops etc.,

We moved into a new construction home 2 years ago. Recently we decided to add to our existing cabinets, but did not want to completely remodel the entire kitchen. We knew that we had Aristokraft cabinets, so doing some local searches we found that KB Kitchen & Bath Concepts was an authorized Aristokraft dealer. One afternoon we decided to take a drive out to their showroom with the an existing cabinet door in hand. We were greeted by a young woman, who's name I do not recall, and told her what we were looking to do. She told us we needed to speak with another woman, who's name we also do not recall, but was on the phone and asked us to wait. Once she was off the phone we told her what we were looking to do. I couldn't ask for a better experience from a company. On my request, a technician was sent to our home to examine the issues we have with our kitchen cabinetry. The visit was prompt and very detailed. Tim, the technician, was very personable and very, very thorough. He ask us questions and thoroughly examined our issues. He made on site adjustments which we approved and took pictures of things he could not do during the visit. I owned or managed businesses during my life. I would hire Tim in an instant. He represents his company and himself very well. I want to also mention Trace. I recently remodeled my kitchen with KB Kitchen and Bath in Myrtle Beach. My experience with the MB team was very good! The Sales Representative, the Designer, and the Delivery team were great to work with. They had good suggestions and good communications throughout the process. I feel the cabinets were a good value for the money and I am thrilled with the overall results. With the Designer help, I was able to double the amount of usable cabinet space in my kitchen and improve the overall functionality. Thank you KB!
