KB Kitchen and Bath Concepts

Our builder used KB Kitchen & Bath Concepts Charleston for kitchen cabinets, design modifications,, and installation. The person who made changes to the original design did a horrible job resulting in several upper cabinets that are awkward with doors that won’t stay level and one cabinet that is so tight it can’t be used. The installation of the cabinets is horrible. Six upper cabinets are not level, doors and drawers not level, the installer used the wrong screws to put on the handles resulting in damages to cabinet fronts (they did replace those), and one upper cabinet is warped over a 1/2” on one side. Over the last 16 months I’ve tried dealing with KB Kitchens and they send out a tech who tries to fix what he can then reports what needs to be done. I get no follow up and have to cal

DO NOT USE THEM!! Very unresponsive and did such a bad job on our island!! Didn’t even finish the job properly. Leaving us hanging for a piece of the side trim. Crack at the frame by the dishwasher, pull out trash should have been soft-closed and it’s not but charged us for it. Been waiting for one trim and the rest to be done for over 6 months!! The legs on the island are scratched up, also!! I’m running out of patience! DON’T USE THEM. They have over-contracted themselves to different builders (Local builders and large company builders) and are too busy to come back to finish the jobs. Workers are leaving them left and right. BAD COMPANY!!

We have used KB Kitchens for our cabinets for nearly a year now. Their scheduling is easy to work with and their selections are ideal. Our clients love the cabinets and it is easy for us to make selections for our Spec houses also. If there has ever been an issue, they are quick to resolve it, but I am not truly aware of any big issues arising. They are a great partner to have!

She is always on time and shows up equipped to do the job correctly. She is very knowledgeable and has an excellent attitude. When I see that she’s assigned to my warranties, I know that it will be handled in a timely manner and done appropriately. Jimmy Potter is my sales rep and he is always on top of things as well.
