We had some flood damage from the apartment above us fixed and had KB do the necessary patching, repainting and touch up. They replaced a small section of drywall in the bathroom ceiling and repainted the bathroom and most of the ceiling area in our approx 1100sq ft apt. The office side of the business was extremely competent and courteous and a pleasure to deal with. Our building management office is a notorious stickler for advance insurance paperwork and the KB office had that to us well in advance. The team of 4 painters was right on time, very professional and extremely friendly. They banged out the whole job efficiently and there wasn't a spec of stray paint to be found on a molding, cabinet, the floor, a door handle, nowhere. Perfectly clean. I’ve used KB Painting to paint a number of rooms in my new house. The walls and ceilings were in terrible shape so prep was very important. KB did an excellent job in making sure everything was perfect before they actually painted. They also painted my kitchen cabinets and all of my woodwork white, and it looks terrific. KB Painting did an outstanding job painting the interior of my house. Ken is incredibly knowledgeable, very direct, and most important -- responsive. His scope of knowledge of what needed to be done to the interior of my house and how to do it in the most cost efficient manner was very helpful. When entering each room , Ken inspected and instinctively knew what to do in order to improve the look and feel of my my house. He kept me informed of possible issues.
