KB Sprinklers

They help me to repair my sprinkler valve box (rebuilt broken manifold) and started up system as it was the first time to use the sprinkler system since I bought my home. Disappointedly, after 2.25 hours of repair, it was still leaking in my valve box. Two weeks later, the second technician came, who was very nice & honest and told me the issue was caused by the swivel in valve box was not tightened by the first technician. I wish the work could be done correct at the first time so that I don't need to reseed the grass to fix all of the dead spots on my lawn.

I couldn't be more pleased with the service I recently got from KB Sprinklers. I have a 25 year old underground sprinkler system and Shane adjusted all the heads, replaced four small boulevard heads and a larger rotating head. He did all of this in about 45 minutes so the cost was very reasonable and he was extremely pleasant to deal with. I wish all my service work could go like this!

Will not use KB Sprinkler again. They came out turned on our sprinklers, inspected everything, but failed to see a leak. I called two days later after we noticed and they refused to come back out immediately and fix it and told me they were three weeks out. This unacceptable and unprofessional.

I’ve worked with KB Sprinklers now for nearly 20 years at 2 different homes (city and rural acreage), and they have delivered time and time again. I’ve had them work on just about everything: system design, install, upgrades, repair, WiFi zone controller, annual start up/shut down and even drip line irrigation. Never disappointed and they are my first and only call. Highly recommend.

I've been using KB for years to blow out my sprinkler system in the Fall. Several times over the years I've had them replace heads and do other repairs. This year I had them do a Spring startup which included replacing and adjusting heads as needed on our 26-year-old system. On time, great to work with, and reasonable pricing.
