Dennis did the work, but skipped spots and didn't paint them. Dennis also left a mess. he left many spots uncovered and he oversprayed many places including the floor and our doorknob. we called him, he kept saying he would come out - but he never showed up. we continued to call but he told us to "stop harassing him" - we threatened him with a lawsuit, he sent a check for $75 dollars to reimburse us for any cleaning. now after 3 months, parts of the paint on the wall are starting to crack near the caulk. now the caulk is developing mold. We do not recommend him at all. you should stay far away. he promises you the world but does shoddy work, and he doesn't back up his work - even though he offers a 10 year warranty.

Do not use this company! Their website reads "We stand behind our work and materials to offer you a 10 YEAR GUARANTEE!! ​If for any reason you have any issues, just call us and we will take care of it - No Questions Asked!! This covers... scratches, chips, discoloration, peeling, cracking or any other surface issue." but when I called to say that the glazing completed only 2 months ago was already chipping around the drain, Dennis said he would not repair or offer a credit so we could have another company repair. We are trying to sell the home in the next few months and now have a terrible mess. Shame on K & B Surface Solutions for not standing behind their work and warranty promises. Dennis was supposed to come and resurface the kitchen countertops. It was originally scheduled and then postponed due to Dennis not being able to move his arm. A week later contact was made with Dennis and he said he would be there on Friday between 9 & 9:30. AM. The night before a text message was received from Dennis stating “It might be closer to 10:00 tomorrow morning but I'll let you know when I'm on my way”. At 11:12 AM a text was sent to Dennis requesting a projected time of his arrival. There was no response. At 12:01PM a call was placed to Dennis and it was answered by voicemail, a message was left requesting a call back. It is now 3 days since Dennis from KB Surface Solutions was come and resurface the countertops and there has been no response to text message and voicemail messa
