Kyle was very professional and tried to figure out the potential problem prior to his onsite visit. I was having sump pump issues and this could have been a big mess. He texted me prior to his arrival for our appointment to let me know his arrival time. My problem was an easy fix and I really appreciate his honesty. He even offered simply maintenance tips!!! The price ended up bring lower than quoted, i hope this review shows him that honesty is the best policy. Thank you

Just had a great plumbing experience with Kyle, owner/operator of KBC. After seven years and four plumbers, none of whom could solve why our kitchen sink would not drain properly and consistently (but had no problem clearing it temporarily at a hefty price ), Kyle assessed the problem in a way that none before him had done: he opened up the half-wall behind the sink to access the drain pipe directly, thoroughly snaked and cleared a twenty+ years clog (thanks to the previous owners), then ascertained that the sink had never been properly vented and added pipe for an AAV before closing the wall back up—all at a fair and reasonable price. Kyle does clean work in an efficient and friendly manner. He’s our plumber for life.
