Excellent Service. The measurement crew was efficient abd helpful, time to delivery was faster than I expected. The installation crew were also very professional, thorough, answered my questions, and delivered a perfect result.

Started out great. Has turned out to be a cesspool of misinformation and no accountability. We went through HD to order the countertops. Initially the process went smooth. We chose the type of stone, had an initial design layout, paid for the square footage, and then waited for cabinets to be delivered/installed. That’s when things started going downhill. The gentleman who came to measure for the layout/level did his thing. Cabinets passed and were ready to have the countertops installed. We added a portion that wasn’t on the initial design and verified we would only pay for the square footage that was needed, and any extra we could have. We even paid more, to have a single slab for a portion of the install, instead of two cuts. We were verbally guaranteed that the cut off for the specif
