KBR Kitchen and bath are top notch! Our Project Manager, Marve, was the consummate professional who listened attentively, made excellent suggestions, and proved to be completely reliable and sensitive to our budget. She was ever-responsive (phone calls/texts, & project visits) and provided detailed feedback throughout the project, which was completed EARLY with NO SURPRISES. KBR must carefully choose their project teams as they were polite, highly skilled and efficient, and took great care to maintain an orderly and clean project space while also ensuring that the environment around the project remained spotless (cardboard pathway to protect the floors, tarps to protect staircase rug, plastic sealing to mitigate against dusk, etc.). We were looking for best company to renovate our single family home. We found KBR, one of our friends worked with them back in 2011, so met with designer Matthew, he was just great! Price was way better than other competitors, their products also!He did incredible job for our house, we love our new kitchen and bathrooms. Entire team was amazing, professional and knowledgeable. In 2024, we collaborated with KBR and Designer Matt, and we decided to work with them again for our new single-family home. The team delivered outstanding results. Even though we were away during the entire process, they kept us fully informed through FaceTime calls, daily photos, and regular updates. We encountered a few minor issues, but they were handled quickly and professionally. Since it was a large project, we had some concerns about the timeline, but everything was finished even before the scheduled date. My husband and I are truly delighted with the outcome and would highly recommend them to anyone!
