KBro's : Concrete & Flatwork

I had Kbros pour a back patio for me. He sold me on his work by telling me to check his reviews. I am very disappointed in what I got. There are cracks everywhere on the first day. He told me it was curing too fast. And I could sue him if I was unhappy. They obviously do not stand by or guarantee their work. I highly recommend not using Kbros. See pictures of their quality.

It was a pleasure and easy to work with Kory. I was referred to him by a neighbor after being given a confusing quote from someone else that seem to be overcharging for everything and almost double charging for things. Kory was very responsive and worked quickly to get everything prepped and poured. His quote was very easy to understand and broke everything down just enough to not be overly complicated, but help me see where all the money was going. He was very transparent with his pricing allowing me to purchase the concrete, gravel, and equipment rentals myself. I feel like I got a great deal and was treated honestly and fairly. I would recommend Kory for any concrete work.

Kory is great to work with. Did a fantastic job right out of the gate explaining the process and explaining his quote for work. Also made some good recommendations for the finished product and made sure every step was done clean and timely. I plan to use Kbros for any future concrete projects and would definitely recommend them for anyone else.

I feel it's only fair to leave a review since that is the first place I look when trying to find a company to work with. I decided to reach out to Kory based off his reviews, and had a poor experience. I called Kory on April 07, 2020 and left a message asking to receive a bid. He text me back 2 hours later and said he could come out the next evening. He asked me to send him my address and a time I'd be free. I sent my address and a 1 1/2 hour block of time trying to be accommodating because I assumed he was pretty busy. With 20 minutes remaining of that hour and a half, I sent him a text asking if he was still able to swing by.... never heard back from him. If Kory gives you the time of day he's probably decent to work with, I'll never know. I found a different company that wanted my busi
