Kc Doors

Ive used KC doors twice. The first I hired him to repair a garage door, it worked for a couple of days.I then called him back, because it was not functioning correctly. He said it was another problem and not part of original diagnostic. He charged me gas money, and I went with someone else to finish the repair. The second time I hired him to install 4 new garage doors on a new house and shop. He ordered the wrong color the first time, then the second time he said that his supplier ordered them wrong. I had to wait 3 months for garage doors, then when he gets to the jobsite to install, he tells me he will not install the doors until I pay him for the remaining balance. Ive been waiting for these doors for 3 months and I already paid him half down when he ordered the doors. Ive spent hundred

We hired this company for our new build and we were so disappointed. He did not follow through with his time line on when the doors would be delivered. When we first met Ernie he was professional and easy going and once he recieved our deposit he was rude, everything seemed like a bother to him and the professionalism was gone.
