Karl and Xavier were the two technicians who came and worked on such a difficult project and were fantastic to work with. We had a leak coming from somewhere within our wall and had no idea what the cause was. Thankfully after consulting with a water mediation company that Karl recommended, we were able to figure out where to cut out the wall and find the leak. These guys worked for 8 hours straight getting a heavy and cracked cast iron stack out of the wall and replaced it with PVC piping that is nice and water tight. On top of all that, we had an issue resetting the toilet that needed to be moved in order to cut the wall and Karl was able to take care of that too. I love the KC Flow teams! I live in a townhome that had major tree root damage to my main plumbing line. Traditional trenching would have meant tearing out the basement, yard and street! And, very expensive. KC Flow Heroes lined my old pipe for half the cost and did a few extra side jobs rerouting the kitchen and laundry drains that were also broken and leaking. In 2 days I had better pipes that are guaranteed to last at least the next 50 years! I am so glad I found them. I will never call anyone else if plumbing is needed. They have a professional, scientific, modern approach to preserve your sewer line. And they have so much fun doing it! :)

I don't usually leave reviews for services, but I simply have to do it this time. I had an unusual situation whereby I had sewage coming up in my backyard with no real plausible explanation other than a clog in my sewer line. KC Flow Heroes came out to assess on different occasions and ultimately decided to dig a hole in my backyard and boy am I glad they did! I live in a house built in 1915, so plumbing issues can be an absolute wildcard on the source and severity of the problem. Through the research and diagnosit work of KC Flow Heroes, it was determined that the city I live in failed to hook my sewer line to the city's main line back in 2024 when the city previously did work in the neighborhood. I would absolutely recommend this company for any sewer needs! Karl was great! The whole team was great! All were very kind and knowledgeable. They’re honest and will even let you see the camera for yourself. Their response time was amazing as well. I had the backup addressed under the sewer coverage I have so I can’t speak to the price for the service call but I also had an estimate for lining the pipe done. They did the camera and estimate for free and the total estimate was middle of the road as far as cost. Meaning they aren’t the lowest and they aren’t the most expensive. Bottom line 10/10 would recommend.

Had an intermittent leak in the kitchen ceiling that two other plumbers came out and couldn't locate the problem. Karl was technician number three and got water remediation to come that day to find the source of the leak. He then came back and fixed the problem once it was indeed determined to be a plumbing issue. Third time's the charm, but we will skip the hassel next time and go straight to Karl and KC Flow Heroes in the future.
