What an absolutely fabulous experience with KC Heating and Air! They installed my units 11 years ago. I used another company for a "service" call... they tried to tell me I needed to spend nearly $5000 to replace parts that were not bad! Nate came out, made some adjustments to the furnace and fixed my thermostat settings! Fixed! And no need to spend all that $! What a great experience! I will never call anyone else!

Excellent customer service. Nate came out to do some warranty work and diagnosed the issue, which ended up being an electrical issue (not KC’s fault). Nate still helped communicate the issue to the builder, who got the issue resolved. Nate made sure everything was working before he left. STRONG recommendation for KC Heating and Air….especially Nate.

Nate was great to work with today. He responded extremely promptly and was able to come the same day. He diagnosed the problem in a timely manner, answered any questions I had and was very professional. Our heater is working again great. He also took the time to cut the opening for the filter bigger so I don't have to bend the filter to get it in and showed me how to put it in the right way so it is most effective.
