Went with this company initially d/t lower bid, but had a terrible experience. Asked him twice before paying the deposit if the sign would be done in time and he guaranteed that it would. A week and a half before it was supposed to be delivered, I emailed him asking for an update. There was no reply. I emailed again four days later asking if it was going to be done in time or otherwise let me know and I’ll have to find someone else as it is a very time sensitive project. He emailed an explosive unhinged response, and the trouble continued thus after. He said it would be ready Tuesday And then said Wednesday, and then said Friday, and then said Saturday. We even told him to bring whatever he had, as I was better than nothing. But I suspect he hadn’t even started on the project as he didn't

Jim and his team are awesome. I bought some signs off of their website. They were done on time, I was always aware of where they were in process, and there was always open and clear communication. Now let’s address the signs. AMAZING!!!! So much so that I bought another the next day and will be buying more. The pictures don’t do justice for how awesome these are in person. Jim and his team design some awesome custom signs and metal work. They are very creative and work hard to meet their client's needs. I have had them custom design several signs for myself and friends of mine. I just called Jim with a last minute request for a wedding gift. He had the sign designed and in my hands in less than 24hrs. The design was unique and they loved it. If you need some custom metal work done look no further. Thanks!!

I made a substantial purchase, exceeding $1,000, on September 20, 2023. Despite multiple (10+) promised completion dates, scheduled pickups, and delivery arrangements, none of them materialized. He is no longer responding to my inquiries concerning the status of my order. I would not recommend ordering from this company, check out the Facebook reviews as well, numerous people posting the same situation, paying for orders and never receiving them.
