What can I say about KC Renovation? I will never use another company for major projects...and small projects alike. Doc and Dan really exemplify what it means to be upstanding men today. They were always professional, always understanding, very knowledgeable, and by far the best contractors I have ever worked with. Even more, their work reflects their character; very strong. I really cannot say enough in this review. One of the structural interior walls in my house was literally sinking because of another contractor's work; they attempted to remove a wall and install a header, but the studs did not meet the under-sized header they installed. Exceptional service from the KC Renovations Crew and Scott the owner. We needed a contractor to help us with our 203k Loan Renovation and I was referred to KC Renovations because they are knowledgeable and do great work! Doc answered all the questions I had about my renovations and Vince made sure everything was done right! Scott came out and did an initial inspection and followed up in the end to make sure everything was completed to my liking. These guys had a lot of work because my HUD inspector wrote up 4 pages of work that they needed to complete. Scott and his team got everything done in less than 2 weeks. When I rented out my house I had no idea that I would be left with the damages that my renter incurred. Needless to say, I was devastated. I had three contractors inspect the house and give me their input on what it would take to repair the damages. KC Renovations went through the house inside and out and shot me an estimate immediately. The other two contractors took almost two weeks to give me an estimate. The estimate received from KC Renovations was over 30% lower than the other two contractors and acutally included items that others did not even mention. KC Renovations gets 5 stars for their prompt and friendly service and professional, competent work. They remodeled my kitchen sink area, complete with new faucets and sprayer. They gave me the best bid and did excellent work. I recommend them for any remodel/renovation job you may have and will definitely call them again when we are ready to remodel our bathrooms.
