KC Waterproofing and Foundation Repair

We had a very positive experience with KC Waterproofing. Keith Clark and his crew and Julian Briones and his crew were knowledgeable and professional throughout the week. The project was explained to us by Camden Bales and went just as he explained. We had some issues with the amount of rock that was dug out. Camden came, and helped us and Keith decide the best solution. We were happy with the state of our yard and trees when they were finished with the piering. We want all of the men to know the were professional and used care while working in our project.

After having a poor experience with a different company, we made sure we got multiple quotes for our ongoing basement flooding and foundation concerns. Matt L came out to give us our quotes and evaluate our issues which included ongoing basement flooding through our windows as well as improper grading. He was very professional and kind, explained everything that was simple to understand but thorough. We got the side of our house re-graded by Gerry and his team. They were efficient, thorough, and professional. They helped us look at other potential repairs based on our concerns! Our windows were replaced by Dean who did an excellent job! They look amazing. KC waterproofing did a wonderful job with my basement waterproofing! Once that was complete, Mario comes once a year for sump pump maintenance, and he is the best. He is prompt, friendly, and great at explaining what is going on with my system and helping me understand how to keep the system working great. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to keep my basement dry and system working well!
