We recently hired Bill and his team to build a home for us. We were living 170+ miles away during the process, and thought it would be difficult to do. It was just the opposite. From the start, there was communication and transparency. If we had a question or concern, we only had to contact one person, and it was handled. The designer that is part of the team set up appointments for each vendor and went with me. She offered advice when I needed it and she kept me within budget. Our home was completed on time and $8K+ under budget. The allowances were generous enough that we got everything we wanted. The quality of workmanship is outstanding. We couldn't be happier with our new home. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend KCG Builders to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled builder.

My wife, Catherine, owns a townhouse that needed a whole wall of glass replaced to highlight the wonderful view of the river. Bill and his team did a great job measuring, ordering, obtaining, and installing the new wall of windows, all in record time at a reasonable price. Oh, and have I mentioned? Bill also built my new house 4 years ago in the midst of covid, and again, did an outstanding job--all with the highest integrity. We love our home, and it is the envy of the neighborhood. We worked with KCG for two full bathroom remodels. The process was very easy. They were able to assist with design and handled all the planning/permits necessary. When the project started, they had arrived very promptly and one crew of subcontractors would arrive shortly after the one before would leave. It felt like a very well oiled machine. Tanner was very helpful in the onsite coordination and made sure things were up to our liking the whole time. The estimate ended up pretty close (within 10%) to what we expected to spend (including little upgrades we selected- ie swap from tub to full tile shower with glass.) We are excited to use Bill Kidd for our next home improvement projects!
