I will tell you exactly what I told the owner. I want you to know that ALL of your crews are awesome! Everything from landscaping to painting and remodeling: They do such great work but more than that, they are so respectful, personable and so nice! We will no longer use anyone else but Kings!
4 months later the bad work done by KCG was finally redone correctly and the code violation they added removed. All it took was a formal complaint and many hours of my time. I hope that KCG does better with future customers. No one should have to through all that I did just to get decent work from a licensed contractor.
They have done extensive work for us. They did excellent work and always cleaned up everyday. Proud of them for their hard work and dedication. Never left any mess for our neighbors/neighborhood.
