Would highly recommend working with KCG. Ken was able to get here the same day, diagnose our furnace issues and fix them quickly! He took the time to explain what was going on as well as the future remedies. Our system will need to be replaced soon, as it is 22 years old, but Ken was able to repair them enough to get us through the winter. Waking up to no heat on the coldest morning of the year (so far) is never fun - but Ken was able to get us up and running quickly! Polite, professional and honest.
