I had Kyle himself do work on my home. When I say Kyle worked, he worked his butt off. I had the entire house re-sided with wood siding that required quite a bit of caulk work on the battons and windows on the house. Kyle worked from sun up to sun down to make sure he finished in the time quoted. I find myself writing this review months after his work, because it's that darn good! His work still looks perfect and brand new. I cannot recommend enough!

Our condo association used Kyle Cord of KC’s Caulking to replace all of the caulking at our Swim Club’s swimming pool and hot tub. He also recaulked all the windows and the fireplace vent on one of our 2nd floor units. We were very pleased with the price, the quality of his work, and his warranty. Kyle is a great guy to work with and we will be bringing him back for more work. Highly recommended!
