The whole K&D team were great. Very quick to communicate and easy to get ahold of. Our project manger Cesar was awesome. Would definitely recommend based on their level service and attention to details.

K&D Development did an outstanding job. They went well beyond the original scope of work, taking the time to touch up several additional items for me at no extra cost. Their attention to detail and willingness to make sure everything was done right really stood out. What impressed me most was their professionalism and commitment—even working through an all-day power outage to keep the project moving. K&D Development did an amazing job on our remodel! Cesar was always there to make sure things were going well, if there was a problem he solved it quickly and made sure everything looked perfect before leaving. Santiago had such great attention to detail with the trim and painting. Honestly can't say enough good things about them, will definitely use them again for any projects.

We had allot of issues with our house and the insurance compony that we had. K&D did a amazing job. They helped with the insurance company and everything in between. Their work is great and never question anything you ask. We would recommend them to anyone and everyone that needs anything done with their home. All the photos are before and after.

I was in a bind in that I went through water damage in my kitchen and my insurance policy didn't cover the repairs. I explained my situation with Nick and he was able to cut me a break on the expenses and got the job done well. The drywallers and cabinet builders did a great job. I would highly recommend K&D for any home remodeling/repair project.
