I’m in a rental property, he’s been here twice, first to repair a repeated issue with a running toilet ( the previous plumber had been here multiple times and the issue was never resolved), Kearney resolved the issue and have not had the problem since. Very thorough, patience, worked quickly with accuracy and obvious knowledge of the issue. Recently after the long freezing weather, he came to replace the leaky kitchen faucet and did a wonderful job, quickly, accurately, neatly! He gives the management company kodo’s just because of his professional qualities. While the price is included for such services, he deserves what ever he charges. Thank you Alan, job well done!
