My furnace died in the dead of winter and my house was freezing. Kearns Mechanical LLC came out the same day within two hours and had a new furnace installed the very next day. They were professional, clean, and completely transparent. For once, I never felt pressured into an upsell. They clearly explained good/better/best options and let me decide. Greg (the owner) even reached out to me directly after my Facebook post and was patient, helpful, and quick to get me answers and a quote not to mention a great deal on a fantastic new furnace. When it was time to replace our furnace and air conditioner I called four places and had three come out and give us quotes. They were similar in price. As I was going g through this process, Diane Kearns was so kind, courteous and helpful that I knew their company would be the one I'd choose. The installation was a smooth clean process, they took care of everything! Hands down the BEST!

What an excellent team! Our 25 year old workhorse of a furnace was finally on its last leg after all this cold weather. Kearns had a tech out to us first thing Monday morning to look it over. After a thorough assessment they were very honest and straight forward with the findings. We decided it was time for a new furnace and they came out THE NEXT DAY to have it installed.
