I was able to get help that day, within hours. Trevor was a gem, really helpful with his explanations and offering honest tips/advice. I was bracing myself mentally for hearing I need a new furnace- but it was a couple little fixes. I appreciate feeling heat within hours of calling in this 20 degree weather. I will call them next time I need help without a doubt.

We recently called Keck Heating & AC to schedule a service inspection for a furnace that hadn’t been run in several years, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The office staff was friendly, clear about pricing ($75 for the service inspection), and got us on the schedule quickly. They even offered to move us up if it became an emergency. Trevor arrived on time for the appointment, was extremely professional, and did a thorough inspection. He explained each step along the way, including how to safely shut off the gas, what each furnace component does, and what would need to be replaced. This company is great! My heat went out on one of the coldest weekends of the year. Keck showed up at 9am on a Sunday. Checked out my furnace and gave me a quote for a new one that beat the two other estimates I was quoted that day. It was installed and warming my house by noon Monday.
