My builder (DR Horton) used Keene Roofing for my new home. Nine months after I moved in, I had water damage in my front bedroom because they didn't install flashing in the valley. I then called an independent home inspector to inspect my roof and found that they didn't even install the proper dryer vent which wasn't up to Texas code on my roof. That could have created a house fire as well as having high electric bills. I had the inspector up on my roof twice to make sure they fixed and repaired everything that was listed on the 2 inspection reports which I found out with the lastest storms they haven't.
