Jim provided fast friendly and thorough service! Got a same day appointment after the holiday which was so surprising. Came out, gave excellent recommendations for our pet stained carpet. Turned out amazing, far more than what we expected. The best bonus was the photos he shared of his identical twin granddaughters! Be sure to ask about them, he is a proud papa.

I had really heavy traffic stains and pet stains all over. Keep It Clean was better than I could have expected. Super cool owner that’s easy to talk to and work with he cleaned three bedrooms and a hallway for me. He was there on short notice and did a great job I opted for the gold treatment and happy I did!

Jim was great! He answered my phone call right away and worked around my schedule. My carpets are drying right now! Can’t wait to walk on them. He quoted me initially around $175. He brought a UV light to detect for possible urine spots (previous owner had a small dog). He found several throughout the carpet space. There is three tier levels you could choose from for the level of cleaning needed. He said the silver would work well for me but gave me the gold as a bonus! Wound up paying $384 (3 rooms, two sets of stairs and a common area). I really appreciated him going the extra mile to help clean up the carpet since I have kids. Great guy and great service! He also does tile work. Good thing to keep in mind for a future service :)

Jim came out and immediately was a dream. He kept a level of professionalism and fun that you'd look for when a service is being provided. In addition he was quick and needed next to no assistance with navigating the spaces. We will be returning to Keep It Clean America for our next carpet cleaning. Thanks again, Jim!!!

I'm cleaning now after Jim cleaning . I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the carpet cleaning service provided at my home. When I scheduled the appointment, I was initially quoted $99 for the entire house and $75 for the stairs, totaling $174However, I was unexpectedly charged over $340, which is significantly higher than the agreed amount.No additional space! To make matters worse, the service itself was extremely disappointing. The technician simply ran a wet mop over the carpet without performing a proper deep cleaning. The carpets look the same as before, and I do not believe any professional equipment or cleaning solution was used properly. I feel misled and overcharged for a service that was neither professional nor effective. I request an explanation for the extra ch
