Keep N Kool really delivered quality customer service when another company left me hanging for months. They were friendly, knowledgeable and were able to make warranty repairs in 2 weeks, only because we had to wait on the compressor from the manufacturer. I will not use anyone else going forward.

Our unit froze, my husband went to the office to see about buying a part that was needed in hopes of fixing the ac unit. The gentleman he spoke with was helpful, got us coil cleaner and pointed us in the direction for the part we needed. Unfortunately, that was not the only issue we had so we called to have a tech come out and find the issue. First, they sent their tech to my home without a call ahead, thankfully I was home. Then, when Tony got here he didn’t act as if he care we had issues with our ac. Told me that we needed refrigerant, he added that and come to find out that wasn’t even the issue. He then said we needed to clean our coils- mind you we had already done this once. He never actually did any trouble shooting. He then tells me that it would be $500 to clean the coils- again

Ronald was wonderful. Came out without hesitation and was very courteous, professional, and was very explanatory with the problem I had. I appreciate their business and will keep them on speed dial for the future.
