Very disappointing experience with this company. Called to arrange a pool pump replacement. Three business days after the original call where they said they would be there and weren't, we called again. "Paul" apologized for misunderstanding and said they would be there the following morning. No one showed up. Called again for Paul, he wasn't there and was told he'd return my call. Never received a return call.
Searched for some parts for my pool and they had them for a price less than Amazon! It’s nice to support a small local business!
This is the best pool company in the world! This company has a family feel. Edwin Keil is not afraid to get his hands dirty and is truly customer service oriented. He does what it takes to make sure they do what they say!
