I wish I could give them zero stars! They came to my home twice for the same problem. Never figured out the issue AND broke a snake off in my pipe so I had to have my basement floor dug up to get to it, to the tune of $1500!!!!! Since they couldn't figure out the problem but continued to say the issue was fixed my sewer line backed up into my house! If I had had a reputable plumber out the first time they would have found the issue and could have saved me the issues that come with a back up. The problem could have been fixed before that ever happened. I can't stress enough how awful the office staff is.... days and days before a call to them is ever returned! Stay away from this company!!

In 2016, I gave Keiper Mechanical 5-stars after two experiences with them that were excellent in every way but now I'm giving one star based on recent (5/2020) contact I attempted to get a quote for some bathroom work I needed done and they never returned my calls. Not sure what happened since last, highly favorable, experience with them but unresponsiveness especially to former customers does not rate well in my book. I don't know if the quality of their has fallen off at the same rate as their customer responsiveness but I'd be a little wary. I doubt I will ever call them again. Keiper Mechanical Inc did amazing work at my house. My bathroom tub had stopped draining the water. Keiper Mechanical came at a timely manner and cleared my issue in less than an hour! Very professional and polite office staff when I called to inquire about getting this fixed. Highly recommend!! I would give them 10 stars if I could.

So I just wanted to hire them again for a work and the lady who does answer the phone is extremely rude. My first experience couple of years ago with them was good but I won’t give businesses to people who talk you down over the phone. I asked them why you guys have such a high service fee/ almost doubled compared to other companies and she started harassing me. I have never seen such a thing before. I assume she has personal issues that she brings it to work with her because people don’t talk to their clients like that. This will eventually hurt their business…. Bye 👋

No one ever answers phone calls back. New faucet for over a year now and unable to use it. I call to get help fixing it, leave messages and never hear anything back.
