I needed a part for my furnace so I went online and ordered it from here because they said it was available IN STOCK. This was around 4-5am on a Saturday morning. Then Monday afternoon around 1:45 pm I get an email saying they do not have the part in stock and that they would have to order it from the supplier and it would take 3-4 weeks for it to arrive. Do I want to wait? Obviously having no working furnace for even one day during the winter is terrible, and not something anybody wants to deal with. So you would think it would be important for this company to have the parts they say that they have. I could have ordered it elsewhere and had it sooner because of this delay. They could have prepared the order on Saturday (they are open) and told me then. They could actually have in stock wh
