Keller Interiors

We are totally and thoroughly impressed with Keller Interiors the install personnel Luis and Javier were polite at introducing themselves upon arrival, and were professional throughout the duration. The workmanship of this installation was completed in a time effective manner and with attention to detail of the trade. This proves that they take pride in their work. They were meticulous in their final clean up ensuring that the area in our garage where the precision of the quality tile cuts were made, leaving the area as it was found, totally tidy. We would highly recommend this Company. And as always we gave them water, snacks and the use of the guest restroom. (This is the 2nd time they have helped us, The 1st being, when they installed the backsplash.)

Just want to say, this company SUCKS! i unfortunately had to use them twice! Its the only company lowes uses i guess! The last time i used them was a year ago, when the team of a man and woman came, the guy didn't even speak to me! not only that he went into my laundry room grabbed a roll of toilet paper and used my bathroom! without even asking. Then when they put my fridge back they scratched the floor (see pictures) they had to come back and fix it! Also the guy left food in my closet! So fast forward a year later almost to the day a plank is coming up! I called lowes back and was told the warranty expired a week before i called, i even told them i would pay to have the floor fixed! Today i received a call from Keller and was told due to the warranty being expired the wont come to fix

Wildher did a fantastic job that was above and beyond what I hoped for! He was extremely professional and efficient and clearly had a ton of experience. I’m amazed that he did such consistent, excellent work in 3 rooms all on his own. He took out the old, gross carpet that was here before and gave these rooms a new life. Thank you so much!!

Damaged my wall in several places where baseboards were incorrectly pulled. Caulking was horribly done, and in some places, not done at all.. Couldn't get a callback from Keller. Lowe's had to track them down for me. Man I spoke to from Keller said "We don't fix drywall. You'll have to get with Lowe's about the damage." Lowe's uses Keller exclusively. Both parties have been useless thus far. Marc at Oviedo location is on the ball but the management is terrible. I don't recommend flooring through Lowe's or Keller.

Ray and Nery did a fantastic job installing carpet in two bedrooms. Great communication and updates during the process. Carpet looks beautiful. The rooms were freshly painted and not a single mark on the baseboards. Highly recommend.
