STAY AWAY! Ordered floor tiles installation with all the materials. Keller is Lowes installer. Paid for all in May. Set the install appointment for November 10. All confirmed multiple times. Moved all our medical appointments to accommodate the install date. Drove 10 hours for install. On the install day, nobody shows up. No call, no text. We reach out and are told nobody was coming! RIDICULOUS COMPANY! STAY AWAY! Then we waited 5 weeks for refund after multiple emails and calls. No compensation for wasted time, major inconvenience, trouble etc. FRAUDS!

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT let these people come do work in your home. Lowe’s sucks and this company doesn’t need to do any business in anyone’s home. The contractor was sent to my home by Lowes. After he finished he messed up my brand new carpet and said it was nothing more he could do to correct it. The carpet install contractor had to come back and fix the, contractor sent by Lowe’s, mistake. He said he could replace my baseboards. He did a horrible job. It looked like he rushed the job. He bought a completely different size baseboard and still installed it. He installed a baseboard in my bedroom and didn’t measure it correctly nor did he seal it to make it look decent. He re installed my toilets after he finished the tile. One is shaky and my pedal sink in my half bath is leaning after he

Between pouring wood filler down a bathroom sink and ripping the bathroom drain pipe before running away - and trying to leave half inches between corner rounds - destroying walls with stay nails, trying to glue chunks of floor back after destroying and not wanting to replace the plank --- and taking unused product we paid for to "throw away" asking you why you need it ..I can't say I would wish Keller Interiors on my worst enemy --- I would never recommend Keller Interiors to anyone. Lowe's made a HUGE mistake making them the "exclusive" flooring partner for the I-95 Georgia area. The work is not professional. The management is not professional and they leave you with more damage than old dirty carpet could ever be. You are better off trying to install the floor yourself in my opinion. I

Installer had trouble measuring LVP and bedroom transitions resulting in a dozen spots where floor is not clicked or locked and transitions have separated from the floor twice in two months. Inspector of course denied any responsibility and blamed the quality of the $6000 flooring. Do not use Lowe's for flooring because you will be forced to use the rookies at Keller. ***Update: Lowe's refunded 1/3 of the total cost of our LVP installation due to the incompetent work done by Keller. Thank you Stephen from the SE Georgia region for accepting zero responsibility for your technician's poor work, Lowe's recognized that and did what's right. ***Update 2025 - spots where the technician failed to measure correctly and lock the panels together have begun to protrude and chip away. This service was provided by Lowes for glue down hardwood flooring installation. My installers were Chad and Sheila. They worked perfectly as a team and I’m so glad they were recommended to me by the company. They were professional, hardworking, precise, punctual, trustworthy, informative, good company, and very easy to work with. I felt comfortable leaving them alone when I needed to step out. Thank you for a wonderful job and for making my home beautiful!
