Nice carpet. Installed ok. They tore up my brand new freshly painted walls. The whole point of using black paint before carpet installation is gone. No way to do business. You have to respect the homeowners property. I wouldn’t hire them again. Update. They came back and had Lowe’s repair the new paint job.

Keller was who was contracted from Lowe’s install services . Between the cluster of the main office saying they had our stuff, then they didn’t, then the said Lowe’s had it but Lowe’s didn’t have it. The install was less than perfect. Shotty workmanship. Random gaps. Floors have bounce in certain areas. Transitions not installed. Quarter round gap hazards installed. Highly suggest going with any other installer if possible. Seems between planks are unlevel leaving our flooring prone to chipping. Pictures attached are just a few of the many examples in my home.

I had carpet installed from an order placed through Lowe's. The installers were on time and did a fantastic job! I would definitely use them again!

Leroy is awesome! Very Professional. Would definitely recommend him for any future installs.

Called the day of the appointment to cancel and reschedule for 2 more weeks on top of the 2 month wait. Paid in full up front before work began. Avoid these guys like toxic waste!
