Keller Interiors

My experience with Keller Interiors has been absolutely terrible. I scheduled a bathroom tile installation for October 16, but several days before that, an unmarked crew with no company identification unexpectedly showed up at my house asking to come inside. Concerned for my safety, I immediately called Keller Interiors, who confirmed they had not sent anyone. Hours later, the flooring manager admitted the crew had “mixed up their projects.” A few days later, I was told that same crew had been let go and my installation would have to be rescheduled for October 27–28. On the morning of the 27th, the installer called to say they couldn’t come due to rain. I even offered my covered garage so they could still complete the work, but was told they’d come the next morning instead. The next day

Installed carpet from Lowe’s. I don’t know why Lowe’s still uses this company. I posted earlier review with no contact with any concern. It appears they don’t care which I’ve informed everybody in my HOA to stay away from them.

Lowe’s needs to find another installer. They only answer the line that is requesting new measurement, while all the other support extensions go unanswered. The worker showed up with no contract to install baseboard. He said from what I could understand “no paper no work”. I called and was told “he knows to call the hotline for installation issues”. I informed him of that and due to him not speaking English he just sort of stared at me. It wasn’t until 15 minutes later of trying to get Lowe’s to take care of it, which Keller would not answer for them either a Keller rep called the installer. I was then put on speaker so I could relay to guy on phone, who would then speak Spanish to guy on site. Then they damaged my wall and cracked trim, why say something to him when he wouldn’t understand!

If you like untimeliness, zero communication, incompetent project managers, and no cleanup after the job, then Keller is the company for you! Scheduled them through Lowe’s and it has been a nightmare dealing with them. Poor quality work, not on time to show up or finish, the entire mess of materials left in my driveway, and a total of 0 return calls for multiple messages left. After the second day over schedule with no one to finish the job left as it was (see picture), I was able to reach someone on the phone and cancel my work with them. Seriously, go with literally anyone else. Do not go to Keller if you value your time, money, or word.

On 3/7/2025 I went into the Goose Creek Lowes to purchase carpet for my bedroom. I picked out the one that I wanted and was informed by the salesperson that I would be getting contacted to schedule for measuring. I was contacted on 3/10 and was told that there would be someone coming to measure on Wednesday 3/12 at 8:30 in the morning.I took that morning o' of work to be at home for that appointment, only to get a call that they weren’t going to be able to keep the appointment, and they would be there the next morning to measure. I had to take the morning o' from work again. They did show up on the morning of 3/13 to complete the measure. I received a call that I could pay for my carpet at the store.
