Keller supply Albany Oregon around the corner and down the street from H.D. Went in there looking for an extended flange for a garbage disposal. Jason was super helpful. Did not have in stock but was able to get one the next day. Provided the part number for reference and called immediately upon the parts arrival. I had been in there once before on another plumbing issue and they were very helpful and patient that time as well. 5 Stars all the way especially for Jason on the counter.

Genuinely feels like no one wants to be there. Literally walked up to the counter expecting at least a "how can we help ya" and was greeted with two grumpy dudes on their smartphones waiting for... me to bother them?

My first visit was fine and my first impression of Keller Suppy Co., was positive. The guy at the parts counter was helpful and courteous. I was told that I would be called when the parts I ordered arrived. 8 days later, I called them to find out in my parts were in after not hearing from anyone, of course, they were indeed in, (no doubt after sitting in the back for several days) even though I was told that they should arrive by the end of the week, and to expect a call on Friday. The lack of a call delayed my project by several days, but I was willing to simply go in and pick up my parts, simply writing off the fact that no one called me to notify me, as a petty oversight, which sometimes happens. Our go-to place for plumbing supplies in Albany. Better prices than Fergusons. All the counter guys are super helpful, and i've never had to wait longer than 5-10 mins. Please keep in mind they only sell to plumbers.
