The technician (Kyle) was very friendly and personable. He was knowledgeable and explained what he was doing as he repaired our gas fireplace. He informed us of other services and installations that Kellermeier provides. The technician arrived when scheduled. Part was installed and fireplace works well again. I would recommend this business.

Thank you to the Kellermeier team of Zane,, Joe, Evan, and Gary. Effort was put in to try to make my 33 Year-Old Trane 90+ furnace finish the season. Unfortunately, the furnace had seen its better days, and the temperatures were Sub-Zero. Basically, these were the coldest days this year. That furnace has served me well over the years, but it was time to act now, because we were without heat. I'm very pleased with the new Daikin furnace that we purchased and had installed by Kellermeier Plumbing and Heating Inc. Thanks again to everyone mentioned above. You all made this process go so smoothly without flaw. Randy

Zach Wolf was really friendly and professional. He got the job done quickly, and I was surprised at how affordable a visit from the plumber could be. It was a job that I could not have done by myself, so I was grateful to have the expert come in. He also commended me on the prep that I'd done to make his job easier. Note: He has the vibe of an IT guy and a stunning smile.

First off .... Ken and Zack were very courteous and professional , very personable . They were very detailed oriented, knew the work that needed to be performed . They answered all questions and explained things . They cleaned up the work space , left everything as it was found , an outstanding crew . Highly recommended . Before and after pics of the washer water hookup , checked for leaks , clean installation . The outside hose hookup was moved from under the deck to a cleanly installed higher point , clean install again !!

Zach did a terrific job. He had to come twice and each time he called ahead, was on time and thoroughly cleaned both fireplaces and the area. He has some challenging repairs to make. He was very professional. He also had to put up with our wild dog. Both Zach and his assistant were saints with the dog. The office staff was very good with setting the appointments and sending reminders. That was greatly appreciated.
