Kelley Septic & Drain

We hired Kelley Septic to pump our septic tank in April. They showed up late and caused damage to our tank which has still not been fixed after six months. The truck showed up a day later than scheduled, without contacting us. It turned out to not be a big deal, since we were home the following day as well, but was not very professional. Of much greater concern is that the service tech cracked one of the covers to our septic tank during the process. We didn't notice until after he was gone, when we went to fill in the holes. We contacted Kelley about it the next day, requesting an evaluation of the damage and a replacement cover if needed. It has now been nearly six months and the cover is still not replaced. T&B Motors did multiple jobs for them and have been trying to get paid for more than a year. Over 2,000 dollars. Do not do business with them. Avoids accountability and dodges calls.
