I consider Wayne an asset to my home. He has completely transformed my home and I'm a firm believer that there is nothing he can’t do. That aside, he is pleasant, quiet, and gets the job done. He is efficient and fair. I highly recommend him for any home repair / remodeling needs. He is a hard-worker and knowledgeable on so many aspects of contracting. He redid my bathroom, consisting of installation of new lighting, vanity, and toilet. He revamped my entire kitchen.. cabinets, installed my dishwasher, put in a new sink, installed a new microwave and installed my washer and dryer.He replaced all of my doors, light switches, and outlets. I can't recommend Wayne enough for anything you need!! He is our go-to person as soon as we need anything at all. He does great, quality work for a very reasonable price. He has replaced our side steps, put up railings on our front steps which he added a beautiful touch of solar lights to, fixed our washing machine, replaced parts of our ceiling due to a roof leak and most recently cleared out our main pipe that was completely clogged. We called him on a Sunday night and he still came that night to fix our issue. He really knows how to do it all! I would highly recommend Wayne for any of your home needs!

After calling 2 plumbers, one who made an appointment to do the repair and never called me back and another who I left a message for and didn't call me back, KelleyCo was a breath of fresh air. I was lucky that my good friend referred me to them. Wayne set up an appointment with me for a quote, arrived on time, and then emailed me an actual quote for fixing my leaking bath tub and my leaking sink that night. Waynes prices were excellent. Having spent some time as a plumber, Wayne was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He did have to go through the ceiling under the bath tub in order to make the diagnosis. Wayne completely botched the install of my tankless water heater and boiler system. He recommended the unit that he installed which made me think that he knew what he was doing. This was far from the truth. After being at my house for 3 whole days attempting to install the unit, he left me with a leaky and improperly installed system. I spent the entire winter worried that my unit would stop working and my house would freeze. I also had to constantly empty a bucket in my utility room from all the water it leaked every time it kicked on. I was super patient with Wayne and tried to give him the benefit of the doubt. After I trusted him and paid him more than I was originally billed to help him with costs on materials, he proceeded to ghost me and leave me with a broken unit that I had to kee

Wayne has done several projects at my home including deck repairs, installing new flooring, plumbing work, and caulking a tile shower. He is very easy to communicate with, offers fair pricing, and does quality work. I would highly recommend Wayne and would not hesitate to call him for future projects!
