Called about a repair, got it in to the shop the next day and got it back fixed in less than 3 hours and the price was very reasonable! Super nice folks and fast service. Highly recommend!

Warning: Do Not Bring Your Vehicle Here As a military veteran and educator in this community, I feel compelled to warn others about my recent experience at Kellogg's Auto Air Inc. I brought my vehicle in for a diagnostic, and they charged me a ridiculous fee upfront just to "look at it." I was then quoted over $2,000 for repairs. Thankfully, I sought a second opinion. Another reputable mechanic had my car fixed the SAME DAY for only $100. The problem was simple, and nothing close to what Kellogg's tried to claim. When I confronted the shop about the extreme difference, I was met with a dismissive response: "Well, that's how we do things." This shop is in my neighborhood and I walk past it often . Sometimes I stop and visit with some of the people who work here . I've never had them do any work on any vehicles that I owned , but they have a great reputation for their work . They have been in business as long as I can remember and I've never heard anything negative about the work that they do .
