The service was great. The tech knew his business. The time it took for the technician to arrive after the initial call was less than 60 minutes. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. This is not the first time I've used them and the first time the service was GREAT as well.

My heat and air unit is 20+ years old and financially I can't even imagine having to replace it. I called Kellum's Heat & Air. They sent someone out the following day. My unit required a part to be ordered but within a few days, my old unit was back up and running. The technicians were very professional, educated me on my units issues and kept me updated. The online appointment booking was easy to use. I'm so glad I chose Kellum's for my heat and air issue and will recommend them to others.

The young men that came out and performed the work was outstanding. They came in saw what needed to be done and got my problem fixed fast. I highly recommend them.

I came home late after 6 PM. One night after work called this company immediately was scheduled with a service technician. Marshal came, was very thorough. Explained to each, and every thing that was going on. Marshal explained the options, and what would be best. He had such a kind Spirit and was ready to help in anyway.
