Paid $617 for a crew of 2 to install a single 120V outlet in a kitchen. It took over 4 months of me calling their shop to get a complete explanation of why the invoice was so high for such a small job. There were some legitimate difficulties in finding a way to get power to the location in question, so in the end surface-run wire molding was used as a last resort. The installers had to go out to get parts to make that happen. In short, I got a sub-par result for a super high price and experienced extremely poor communication trying to find out why. In the end, all I got was a "sorry" and no real attempt to make it right. Based on my experience, I can't recommend this shop.

Service person was late, no communication. Then received phone call about family emergency and had to leave saying he would be back the next day. The next morning he was a no call no show. When I called him he said he would be over in about an hour and a half. Never to hear from him again. Very poor communication, not happy with him at all

Kelly Electric Services wired our Mountain Home and when the inspector came inspect the electrical he wanted to know who did it it's such a beautiful job. Thanks for such a great job!!
