Wanted to purchase a blower motor from them for my furnace. They wouldn't sell me the part. Was going to be $1800 for them to replace it. Purchased it from someone else for $850, and it took me about 2 hours to replace, doing it for the first time, so they either were going to charge me $1000 for 2 hours of work (you could do it in 1 hour if you did it all the time) + service call, or they were going to upcharge the part by an insane amount. Also had a relative of mine have them come out and say their whole AC system needed to be replaced. Another relative who is an HVAC tech came out, there was a refigerant leak, and the system still works fine years later after recharging.

I cannot recommend these systems or installers in good faith. My neighbors new construction Watts house had their AC coil leak in 4 years. My own Watts house leaked in 5 years icing everything up getting too hot and leaking water when thawing. Leak stop and recharge only lasted until the next hot season. Got a new coil under the 10 year warranty and it only lasted a year! Again leak stop and recharge didn't work. I still have warranty left but their PRC coils are junk and cannot handle the higher pressures of modern "green" refrigerant. I've now pumped 24lbs of refrigerant into my house and atmosphere poisoning us and my pets because of poorly made parts with no quality control. How green!!! I would highly, highly recommend Kelly’s Heating & Air Conditioning. They have cleaned up my furnace, and I have gotten on a yearly maintenance plan that is well worth the cost and beyond. My condo is in Solon and they travel timely to any appointments and are always more than thorough and so pleasant. They are a very good company!

I originally called on a Saturday or Sunday, just to hopefully get a recording giving their actual hours (Google is kinda iffy on that). Nope, got a human who could dispatch somebody quickly -- they are available 24x7, but it's an extra $100 for evenings/weekends. We seemed to have solved it ourselves (time-setting on the thermostat), but two weeks later, the problem came back. Partially out of frustration, and partially since I had not had a professional look at the system since the place was built 7 years ago, decided to burn $150 to have them have a look. Well, it *was* the stupid timer on the thermostat! He turned off all the timing functions (dunno how the tenant turned them on in the first place), and set the default for the timer at 72 just in case the tenant screwed up again. Sin
