I’ve had Kelly Landscapes fertilizing and spraying my yard for over 6 years. Some years my lawn has looked better than others. I really think it boils down to the technician doing their job properly most years. This year, my front lawn is full of weeds as you can see in the pictures. I called their office over a month ago to let them know that my front yard was full of weeds and I needed it taken care of. Never heard anything back from them. Their technician always texts me the night before they do the service. Before this last service, I specifically told him that he needed to treat the weeds in the front lawn as I’m not happy and thinking about changing companies. My lawn is dead. Called office and they sent someone out to look at it. Later a guy called and said it was dormant due to heat. I asked why my neighbors ( who don’t have professional lawn treatments aren’t dormant from the heat ) he said they are, you just can’t see it. Today a representative from Kelly came out to look at the lawn and discovered Army Worms. In less than an hour one of their service techs was out here treating. I’m pleasantly surprised with how fast the response was as I am probably one of the smallest accounts they have. Thank you Kelly Landscaping 👍

We used Kelly Landscape for our chemical applications on our lawn. We started to notice a lot of weeds in our yard, even after an application, and spotty green areas where fertilizer was applied unevenly. We could also see that the equipment tire marks were not consistent for a good application either. My husband is also in the landscape industry, so he knew exactly what had happened. We always paid the bill immediately.......(we thought we could get the issues resolved). The final straw was the chemical that was applied on our yard, that almost killed my grass. And I had just put down some sod, that is now dead. They did actually admit that they put the wrong chemical down, because the wrong label was on the bottle. It’s unfortunate to have to post this, but I’m just trying to protect any future customers. I hate seeing folks spend hard earned money on a service and not getting the quality they deserve. To be clear- Kelly Landscaping has been contacted multiple times, for multiple instances similar to this. We have lived at “Acworth Location off Cedarcrest”, for the past 4 years. Kelly Landscaping has been doing our neighbors landscaping and it has been the worst experience ever for us. My wife and I take pride in our home and our yard, and do all that we can to make it look as nice as possible. Kelly Landscaping has been contacted multiple times from us to clean up the mess they left behind in our yard, and they have never made it right. Very Unprofessional. Poor customer service and business etiquette. My husband and I decided to find another landscaping company after noticing that we were paying monthly and work was not being completed. The last straw was when our front yard was destroyed (supposedly the lawn was cut with broken blades) . We had management come view our many complaints which they confirmed, work had not been done, HOWEVER, informed us that since we no longer want to let them destroy our lawn that we owe an extra $400+. When I asked for a printout showing what that extra money was for I received no response, just invoices with increased amounts(interest). I’ve sent numerous emails with no response.
