Charged $337 to repair Moen valve on faucet. Moen provided the part. Would not give reasons for this high charge after 3 requests to provide details. When I called office person said I needed to talk to owner. He was always busy, but would never call back as I was told he would. Will never use again.
Would like to Commend Craig for his outstanding work ethic, timely response time, very thorough and patient at explaining my concerns with items in our new home I wasn't familiar with.
